"I have had a hearing problem for some years and decided to inquire to a newspaper advert in the Herald Sun which stated that you would receive a free 30 day trial on hearing aid. It took this company [national high street clinic name removed] 3 months to organise an appointment for my fitting. Once I had been fitted with the hearing devise I was told that the advertised 30-day free trial had now expired and there would be no trial at all.
